Who we are

My name is Panicos, I’m 39yrs old and work in my family agricultural company. I started working and helping my father since I was 9yrs old and after finished my studies I continued working in our olive tree fields. I’m married and have 3 kids.

Our BIO olive oil is derived from the olives produced in our organic cultivation of Olive trees in accordance with the principles of bio-cultivation with specific rules and practices based on fertilization, disease control, tree arrangement, pruning and orientation in own olive groves.

The olives are harvested with state-of-the-art mechanical means, they do not sting or hurt the fruit. Oiling is done on the same day in an approved and certified Cold Pressing Unit resulting in the best quality and extremely low Acidity.

Organic Olive Oil

Matsoukas Organic Olive Oil comes from the olives produced in our organic cultivation. The use of chemical or other inorganic fertilizers, aerial spraying, the use of pesticides, herbicides and insecticides is prohibited.

What sets Matsoukas Organic Olive Oil apart is that the olives are picked with the latest technology mechanically, they are not pitted and the fruit is not injured. Oil Extraction is done on the same day in an approved and certified unit in cold pressing, resulting in the best quality and low acidity.

Authenticity

The authentic taste of THE ORGANIC by Matsoukas olive oil, based on Mediterranean Climate and Koroneiki variety, is one of the main elements of the excellent quality for our daily nutritional needs. The daily use of extra virgin olive oil becomes a shield for the human body.

An approved control and standardization organization conducts control at all stages of cultivation, production and bottling, in order to confirm and grant Matsoukas Organic Olive Oil a certificate of organic origin.

Location

Our fields located in Athienou village at the start of Mesaoria area between Nicosia and Larnaca cities and consists of 3500 olive trees variety Koroneiki.
